RosterOS Request access

The brakes came first

The fastest way to damage a brokerage's name in its own market is automated outreach nobody is watching. Every agent you contact is a colleague, a referral partner, or a future recruit — and they all talk to each other. So the controls were built before the throughput.

You approve every send

Nothing goes out on its own. Every message on every channel — email, text, call — appears as a draft for you to approve, edit, or discard.

This is deliberately not a setting you can switch off. It is the reason the system can be trusted with your brand at all, and it is the same on the retention side as on recruiting.

It also costs you something: the system will not scale past what you can review. That is the trade we chose, and if it's the wrong trade for you, that's worth knowing now.

The AI caller discloses itself

When the assistant calls, it says it is an assistant. It does not pretend to be a person, and it does not wait to be asked.

Disclosure is not only about regulation. An agent who finds out afterwards that they were talking to a machine remembers which brokerage did that to them.

Do-not-contact is enforced twice

Once at import, so blocked records never enter the system, and again at send time, so a record that becomes blocked later cannot be contacted by something already in flight.

Two enforcement points instead of one is not redundancy for its own sake. The common failure in outreach tooling is a list filtered correctly on Monday and sent on Thursday.

Opt-outs sync everywhere, immediately

When someone opts out on any channel, they are out on all of them. An unsubscribe from an email stops the texts and the calls too.

Texting stays off until carrier registration clears

US business texting requires A2P 10DLC carrier registration. It takes time, it can be rejected, and it cannot be skipped.

We handle registration as part of deployment, and text sequences remain off until it clears for your number. Nothing texts before then — not as a policy preference, but as a gate in the system.

Your data is yours, and exclusive to you

The Agent Vault is branded to your brokerage, and every sign-in belongs to you. Your member list, sign-in history and CRM records are never pooled, resold, or used to recruit for another brokerage — one brokerage per city means your market intelligence stays exclusively yours.

Being precise, because vendors are often vague here: if you stop working with us, your data leaves with you. The RosterOS system is licensed rather than sold, so the software itself does not — you keep what you built, not the engine that built it. Worth asking every vendor you evaluate to draw that same line.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and the terms of the relationship in the terms of service.

What we don't claim

RosterOS is a young product in private beta. We are not going to tell you we hold certifications we don't, or that using any software makes your outreach compliant by itself. Compliance is a function of how the system is operated, which is why approval sits with the broker-owner and why the disclosure and registration steps are not skippable.

If you have specific regulatory requirements — a franchise compliance standard, a state rule, a brokerage policy — raise them in the access conversation. It is a better use of both our time than discovering a mismatch later.

Common questions

Does the AI caller tell people it is an AI?

Yes. It introduces itself as an assistant on every call. It works only warm replies from the last 30 days, stays inside an 8am to 8pm window, and stops after two attempts. The do-not-contact list applies to it exactly as it does to every other channel.

What is A2P 10DLC and do I need it?

A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration required in the US before a business can send application-to-person text messages from a standard 10-digit number. It is not optional. RosterOS handles registration as part of deployment, and text sequences stay off until it clears for your number.

Who owns the data and the audience?

You do, and it is exclusive to you. The Agent Vault is branded to your brokerage, every sign-in belongs to you, and your data is never pooled, resold, or used to recruit for another brokerage. If you stop working with us your data leaves with you — the RosterOS system is licensed rather than sold, so the software itself stays behind.

Can anything send without me seeing it first?

No. Owner approval is required on every channel before anything goes out. This is a structural property of how the system works rather than a setting, and it is the same on the retention side as on recruiting.
