What this costs, and why we don't list a number
The Founders Cohort — eight brokerages
We are onboarding the first eight brokerages as a founders group, at founding pricing that applies to that cohort only. When the eight are placed, the rate changes for everyone after them.
Founders get everything in a standard deployment plus two live training sessions every month, run for the broker-owners in the cohort — live working sessions, not recorded content handed over as a library. You are learning to run the recruiting operation, not being sold a course.
Eight is not a marketing number. It is roughly what can be deployed and genuinely run well at once, and every one of them takes a city off the board permanently — including yours, if you're in it.
What you're actually buying
Most recruiting software sells you a seat and a login. You supply the data, the messages, the compliance work, and the ten hours a week to run it.
RosterOS is deployed and operated for you. We set up the data, the message pack, the channels and the compliance registration, then run the operation. You approve drafts and take the meetings it books. As things settle, you take over as much or as little of the day-to-day as you want.
The comparison that matters is not monthly price against monthly price. It is total cost including your own hours — and a cheaper tool nobody has time to run costs the most of all, because it produces nothing.
One brokerage per city
We take a single brokerage in each market. While you are a client, we will not deploy for your competitor across town — not at any price.
That is the part a price list cannot express. You are not buying software that your three closest competitors can also buy next month; you are buying the only seat in your market, and we are giving up every other brokerage in it. The commitment runs both ways, which is why the fit conversation comes before the number.
The only ROI math that matters
You already know what one producing agent is worth to your brokerage over a year. Compare that to what any recruiting system costs over the same year.
If RosterOS helps you add a single producing agent, it has paid for itself. Everything after that is the return. That is not a projection or a case study — it is arithmetic you can do with your own numbers before you ever talk to us, and it's the calculation we'd want you to run.
The corollary is worth stating too: if you don't believe the system can add one producing agent in a year, you shouldn't buy it, and no price would make it a good deal.
What moves the number
- Market size and how many agents are in scope
- Which channels you turn on — email, SMS, calls
- How much we run versus hand over as the operation settles in
- Whether development is included alongside recruiting and retention
What's included in every deployment
- Setup of your data, message pack, channels and compliance registration
- A2P 10DLC carrier registration handled as part of deployment, with texting off until it clears
- The Agent Vault, branded to your brokerage — and the audience it builds is yours
- Recruiting and retention running on the same production data
- Owner approval on every send, on every channel
- Your city held off the market for as long as you're a client
What the Founders Cohort adds
- Two live training sessions every month, run for you and the other founders — not content handed to your agents
- Founding pricing, which applies to the first eight brokerages only
- Direct access while the product is still being shaped — founders influence what gets built next, and that is worth more early than late
If you already have a recruiter
Then this is likely to work better for you, not worse. A recruiter spends most of their week deciding who to contact and what to say. Hand them real production data, pre-qualified conversations and drafted outreach, and the same person covers several times the ground.
The approval step also stops being a burden, because approving drafts is already their job rather than one more thing on a broker-owner's evening.
Who shouldn't bother
We would rather say this here than in a first call:
- If the lowest monthly number is your deciding factor, buy a self-serve tool. They start around $100 a month and they are the honest answer to that question.
- If you're starting from zero agents, this isn't a fit yet.
- If nobody on your side can approve drafts weekly or take the meetings, nothing here will work — the approval step is not optional.
How to find out what it costs
Tell us your market. We check whether it's open, and if it is, we walk through scope and pricing together once we both know it's a fit. You'll hear back within 48 hours either way, including if the answer is that your city is taken.
Common questions
What is the Founders Cohort?
The first eight brokerages on RosterOS, onboarded at founding pricing that applies to that group only. Founders also get two live training sessions every month, run for the broker-owners in the cohort. When the eight are placed, the rate changes for everyone after them — and each one takes a city off the board permanently.
How much does RosterOS cost?
We don't publish a price list. RosterOS is deployed and run for one brokerage per city, so what you're buying is closer to a market territory than a software subscription, and the scope differs by brokerage. Pricing is walked through in the access conversation, once both sides know it's a fit.
Is RosterOS the cheapest option?
No, and it isn't trying to be. Self-serve recruiting tools start around $100 per month and expect you to run them. RosterOS is deployed and operated for you, and only one brokerage in your city can be on it. If the lowest monthly number is the deciding factor, a self-serve tool is the more honest answer.
What determines the price?
Market size and the number of agents in scope, which channels you turn on, how much of the operation we run versus hand over as it settles in, and whether the development layer is included alongside recruiting and retention.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Terms are set out in the service agreement and covered in the access conversation. Because we hold your city off the market while you're a client, the commitment runs both ways.
