A recruit who doesn't produce isn't a win
The recruit who never ramps
Every broker-owner has hired someone who looked right on paper and never got going. The cost is rarely counted honestly: the recruiting effort that produced them, the desk they occupy, the months of attention, and the quiet effect on everyone watching to see whether joining was a good idea.
Recruiting harder does not fix that. It just fills the same leaky funnel faster.
Why development belongs in the same system
Recruiting, retention and development all depend on knowing the same thing: what each agent is actually producing, and how that is changing. Once the system already tracks units, volume and price band for recruiting, it knows which agents on your roster are stalling — and stalling is a coaching signal before it is a retention problem.
Most brokerages run these as three disconnected efforts: a recruiter, a culture program, and whatever training the franchise supplies. They rarely share data, so nothing compounds.
What AgentPeak brings
AgentPeak is a live coaching platform, separate from RosterOS and built by the same founder. It is the accumulated result of running coaching at scale — roughly 20,000 agents and 140 coaches — rather than a training module written to complete a feature list.
That history is the point. The program exists because someone had to make coaching work economically across thousands of agents, and had to find out which parts actually moved production.
The Agent Vault does double duty
The same library that attracts recruits is useful to the agents you already have. Playbooks, scripts and market data do not stop being valuable once someone joins — and a brokerage that keeps publishing genuinely useful material is demonstrating, weekly, why staying is the right call. How it's scoped
RosterOS deployments are scoped in the access conversation, and the development layer is part of that discussion rather than a fixed bundle. What is available depends on what your brokerage actually needs — some owners have a training program they like and want only the recruiting and retention motions.
The rest of the system
RosterOS is in private beta through 2026. Tell us your market and we'll confirm whether it's still open — you'll hear back within 48 hours either way.
