RosterOS is a complete agent recruiting operating system, deployed and run for you. Every touch gives the agent something real: their production numbers, a shift in their price band, a resource they can use Monday. You approve every send. Nothing goes out on its own.

Built by Rob Tucker, an operator who scaled a Keller Williams region to 2,000 agents and $5B in volume, then ran a coaching platform that worked with 20,000 agents and 140 coaches. Running in production today on his own recruiting in Columbia, SC.
The brokerages winning in 2026 aren't running harder versions of the 2015 playbook. They've built something else underneath it.
You're running the same six recruiting tactics every broker-owner is running. The agents you want have heard all of them.
Producing agents don't switch for splits. They switch toward people who respect what they've already built.
Consistent, useful follow-up wins recruiting, and it's the first thing that collapses when the office gets busy.
RosterOS takes one stance: every touch leads with something useful for the agent, whether or not they ever reply. Their numbers. Their market. A resource they can use. Agents move toward the person who was already useful. The system exists to make that sustainable.
Seven stages. One result. You own all of it, and every outbound piece waits for an approval before it moves.
We build what agents in your market actually want. Playbooks, scripts, market data they'd pay for.
Posts drafted from an approved template library, filled with your real MLS numbers, shipped weekly.
A branded, gated library. Every visitor creates a free account. Every sign-in is logged, owned, and yours. See it live →
Every member matched against production data: units, volume, list-side mix, county trends.
Email touches that stay useful between conversations. Drafted for you, approved by you.
When the signals line up, the system tees up the meeting. You take it.
A warm conversation with an agent who already knows you were useful first.
With the engagement trail that shows exactly why.
Inside the system, three jobs:
The Agent Vault: a free library of practical resources for agents in your market. Playbooks, checklists, market data.
A weekly social queue drafts posts from an approved template library and fills them with real MLS numbers for your market. A staleness gate keeps old numbers from ever shipping. A monthly newsletter runs the same way. You approve everything before it posts.

Sequences across email, letters, and calls. Each message is built on the agent's own production data: units, volume, list-side mix, county trends. Coverage gates hold back any message with a missing number, so a half-personalized draft never sends.
When an agent replies, a disclosed AI assistant can make the warm follow-up call. Direct mail ships as owner-approved batches, with a preview of every piece.

RosterOS runs on its own CRM: contacts, deal pipeline, engagement history. A do-not-contact brokerage blocklist is enforced at import and again at every outbound channel. Unsubscribes sync automatically. Nothing sends itself silently.

The library, the member list, the sign-in history, the CRM: all of it lives in accounts that belong to your brokerage. If we ever part ways, you take the whole engine with you.
RosterOS is white-glove. We build and run the system for your brokerage, then hand you a working recruiting operation.
The full stack, tuned to your market: CRM and pipeline, a message pack in your voice, your MLS data wired into content and sequences, the Vault resources, the voice assistant, and a do-not-contact blocklist for your market. Channel and carrier registrations are part of the work.
Approve drafts and take the coffees. Drafts land in one queue. You review, edit, approve. The conversations and the meetings that come out of it are yours.
The working target is a live deployment in 30 days. That is a target, not a guarantee. MLS data access and carrier registration timelines set the real pace, and we tell you where you stand each week.
Recruiting outreach has rules. RosterOS treats them as features, not fine print.
Email, social, letters, calls, texts: a person approves each draft before it moves. There is no silent-send mode.
The AI caller introduces itself as an assistant on every call. It calls only contacts who replied within the last 30 days, between 8am and 8pm, two attempts maximum.
The blocklist is checked at import and re-checked at send time on every channel. A do-not-contact request sticks.
Unsubscribes sync across the system. TCPA call windows and opt-out language are built into the channels, not bolted on.
RosterOS brings agents to your roster. Developing them is a different job.
That job is AgentPeak.app, an AI coaching platform for agents, built by the same operator. Separate product, no dependency.
A sample of what's inside the Agent Vault today — built for Columbia, tuned monthly.
I lived the broker-owner job for twenty-two years. Three Keller Williams market centers in Charlotte. Two thousand agents. Five billion in annual volume. I made the recruiting calls that didn't connect. I sat through the coffee meetings that didn't close.
The lesson took years to accept: agents don't move because of a pitch. They move toward the person who was already useful. So RosterOS is built around one rule. Every touch gives the agent something they can use, whether or not they ever reply. If a message fails that test, it doesn't send.
Between Charlotte and RosterOS I built RockstarAgent, a coaching and training platform that worked with roughly 20,000 agents and 140 coaches across the country. That's where I stopped guessing what producing agents want from a brokerage and started watching the data.
Today I recruit for my own office in Columbia, SC, on the same system I deploy for you. If you're running a brokerage or a team, you're not my customer. You're me from twenty years ago.
- Rob Tucker, Founder
We're onboarding broker-owners in small private cohorts through 2026. The waitlist is the path in.
Broker-owners and team leaders who already have agents and want to add producing agents. If you're starting from zero, RosterOS isn't a fit yet.
We deploy the system for you and run the setup: data, message pack, channels, compliance. You approve drafts and take the meetings. As the operation settles in, you take over as much or as little of the day-to-day running as you want.
SMS is built in and gated the right way. Text sequences turn on once carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) clears for your number. That registration is part of the deployment work, and nothing texts before it clears.
Yes. It introduces itself as an assistant on every call, works only warm replies from the last 30 days, stays inside an 8am to 8pm window, and stops after two attempts. The do-not-contact list applies to it like every other channel.
One model: we deploy and run the system for your brokerage. We walk through pricing in the access conversation, once we both know it's a fit.
It runs in production today on our own recruiting in Columbia, SC. Every deployment is tuned to your MLS data and your market's numbers. That tuning is the setup work, not an afterthought.
A free, gated library of playbooks, scripts, and market data for agents, teams, and brokerages. It's stage one of the system: agents create a free account, get resources they can use Monday, and your brokerage owns every sign-in. See it live.
Twenty-two years operating Keller Williams market centers in Charlotte. Then RockstarAgent, a coaching platform that worked with roughly 20,000 agents and 140 coaches. Now a broker recruiting for his own office in Columbia, SC, on this system.
