What RosterOS is
RosterOS is a done-for-you real estate agent recruiting system for broker-owners, founded by Robert “Rob” Tucker. One brokerage per market. It is an agent recruiting operating system, deployed and run for the brokerage: every touch gives the agent something real — their production numbers, a shift in their price band, a resource they can use Monday. The broker-owner approves every send. Nothing goes out on its own.
The problem it solves
Every agent has already heard a splits pitch. The agents worth recruiting are the ones least moved by it. What moves a producing agent is someone who was already useful to them before asking for anything.
The idea was never the hard part. Being consistently useful to a few hundred agents by hand is impossible, so it quietly stops happening by about week three. That is the part RosterOS runs.
Who it's for
Broker-owners and team leaders who already have agents and want to add producing agents. It requires an existing roster, someone who can approve drafts each week and take the meetings the system books, and access to your MLS data.
It is not a fit if you are starting from zero agents, if you are looking for bulk cold outreach at any cost, or if nobody on your side can approve drafts or take meetings.
One brokerage per city
We take a single brokerage in each city. That is why the access form asks for your market — it is the first thing we check. If your city is already taken, we will tell you plainly rather than leave you waiting.
The guardrails
The fastest way to damage a brokerage's name in its own market is automated outreach nobody is watching. So the brakes came first:
- You approve every send, on every channel. Nothing sends on its own.
- The AI assistant discloses itself as an assistant at the start of every call. It works only warm replies from the last 30 days, stays inside an 8am–8pm window, and stops after two attempts.
- Do-not-contact is enforced twice — once at import, once at send time.
- Opt-outs sync across every channel, immediately.
- SMS turns on only once A2P 10DLC carrier registration clears for your number.
Who built it
RosterOS was built by Robert “Rob” Tucker. Twenty-two years operating franchised market centers in Charlotte — more than two thousand agents recruited, five billion in annual volume. Then RockstarAgent, a coaching platform that worked with roughly 20,000 agents and 140 coaches.
He now recruits for his own office in Columbia, SC, on this system. The counters on the homepage come from that live deployment, not a case study, and they are refreshed as it runs — including the numbers that are less flattering.

Pricing
Founders pricing starts at $1,500 a month, no setup fee, month-to-month. There is one model: we deploy and run the system for your brokerage, one brokerage per market. The exact number is walked through in the access conversation, once both sides know it's a fit. Pricing →
