We run it on ourselves first
Client zero is us
Every feature ships to our own recruiting operation before it reaches anyone else's. The daily upload runs, the congratulations go out, the scorecards get generated, the coffee invitations get sent — on real agents in a real market, by a broker whose actual roster depends on it working.
That is a slower way to build software. It is also the only way to find out which parts are theatre. A recruiting sequence that looks elegant in a spec reveals itself quickly when you are the one who has to send it to someone you'll see at a closing next week.
The numbers on the homepage are live
Agents added, mobiles verified, production profiles matched, posts published, personal touches sent, Vault sign-ins, coffees booked — those are counts from the running system over a trailing 30 days, refreshed as it operates. See the current numbers →
Some of them are less flattering than others, and they stay up anyway. A dashboard that only ever shows good news is a marketing asset, not evidence. If the coffees- booked number is low in a given month, that is genuinely what the month looked like.
What this does and doesn't prove
It proves the system runs, in production, against real MLS data, in a real market, with a real broker approving real messages. That is more than most tools in this category can demonstrate.
It does not prove it will produce identical results in your market. Every deployment is tuned to your MLS data and your market's numbers, and a market with different supply behaves differently. Anyone promising you a specific number before seeing your data is guessing.
Why a broker built this
Twenty-two years operating franchised market centers in Charlotte — two thousand agents, five billion in annual volume. Then RockstarAgent, a coaching platform that worked with roughly 20,000 agents and 140 coaches.
The recruiting calls that didn't connect and the coffee meetings that didn't close are the reason this product is shaped the way it is: contribution first, approval required, and no pretending an automated message is a relationship. More about RosterOS →
What that means for you as client two
You are not the experiment. The engine has been running against a live roster before your deployment starts, which is why setup is a tuning exercise rather than a discovery project.
It also means we take one brokerage per city — including ours. We recruit in Columbia, so we are not going to deploy for a second brokerage there, and the same rule protects your market once you're in it.
Tell us your market and we'll confirm — you'll hear back within 48 hours either way.
