Robert “Rob” Tucker
Robert “Rob” Tucker is the founder of RosterOS, a done-for-you real estate agent recruiting system for broker-owners. One brokerage per market. He lives and works in Columbia, South Carolina, and recruits for his own office on the system he built.
Background
Twenty-two years operating franchised real estate market centers in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over that time he recruited more than 2,000 agents and built a $5 billion real estate organization — recruiting was the job, every week, for two decades.
He then founded RockstarAgent, a coaching and productivity platform that worked with roughly 20,000 agents and 140 coaches, and its successor, AgentPeak, the training and development layer that runs alongside RosterOS.
Why RosterOS
Recruiting does not fail because a broker-owner cannot find agents. It fails because it is work — consistent, unglamorous, easy to stop by week three. Producing agents move toward whoever was already useful to them. RosterOS exists to make being useful to a few hundred agents at once sustainable, with the broker-owner approving every send and the system doing the rest.
He runs it on his own recruiting in Columbia, SC. The counters on the proof page come from that live deployment, refreshed as it runs, including the numbers that are less flattering.
